Digital Signature Certificate in Udaipur

2We fill the application and submit it
We put your details into the application and send it to the Certifying Authority. Application support is part of every price, so there is no separate line for it.
3You do the Aadhaar OTP and the video KYC
With the Certifying Authority: you confirm your mobile number and email address with their OTPs, then do the Aadhaar OTP and the video KYC, and a final eKYC OTP on your phone approves the application. We stay on the phone with you through it.
4Collect the token, or take it by courier
Collect it free from our office, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 10 pm. Or we courier it anywhere in India for ₹150 flat. In Udaipur we deliver within 1 to 2 hours once the certificate is issued.

Which DSC do I need in Udaipur?
A Class 3 signing certificate covers GST returns, MCA and ROC forms, income tax and EPFO. Rajasthan eProc asks for signing only, so signing is enough there. Tenders on other states' portals and on India-wide portals want the combo, which carries signing and encryption on one token. For IEC work on the DGFT portal, take the DGFT certificate, whose details have to match your IEC and signatory.
Do I have to come to the Udaipur office?
No. Order and pay on the site, we contact you, and you send the documents on WhatsApp or by email, or bring them to the office if that is easier. There is no upload on this site. You do need a phone or a laptop for the OTP and the video KYC.
Can I collect the token from your office?
Yes, and there is no charge for it. The office is open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 10 pm. Sunday: office closed, phone and WhatsApp open. If it is easier, we courier the token to you anywhere in India.
How long does it take?
The Certifying Authority issues the certificate once your verification is done, and we do not promise a time for that. Delivery is the part we do state: within 1 to 2 hours in Udaipur once the certificate is issued, the same day or the next day in nearby towns, and within 72 hours by Speed Post across India.
What does delivery cost inside Udaipur?
Collecting from our office is free. A courier delivery is ₹150 flat on every delivered order, wherever in India you are.
Who issues the certificate?
We are a Registration Authority (RA) for XtraTrust, VSign, eMudhra, Sify, nCODE and PantaSign. They are CCA-licensed Certifying Authorities, and they issue the certificates. We are not a Certifying Authority.
