Digital Signature Provider is a venture of Web Fortuners.
Information we collect
We collect the following information when you place an order:
- Name as on PAN
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Delivery address
- Product choices (certificate type, validity, add-ons)
Documents you send us
There is no upload or file field on this site. After you order, we contact you and you send the documents for the application on WhatsApp, by email, or by bringing them to our Udaipur office. We use them to fill and submit the application to the Certifying Authority, and to verify your identity, and we keep them only as long as the application needs.
The mobile and email OTPs, the Aadhaar OTP, the video KYC and the eKYC OTP are done by you with the Certifying Authority, not by us on this site. The video KYC recording is made and held by the Certifying Authority under its own policy. We do not keep a copy of it.
Why we collect this information
We use your information to:
- Process your order and payment
- Communicate with you about your order
- Arrange delivery of the USB e-token
- Meet our legal and tax obligations
Retention
Order records are kept for eight years for tax purposes. No other personal information is stored beyond what is needed to fulfil the order.
