What happens after you pay
After you pay, we contact you. There is no upload on this site, so send your documents on WhatsApp on +91 99299 40143, by email to [email protected], or bring them to our Udaipur office.
We fill the application and submit it to the Certifying Authority for you. Application support is part of every price, so there is no separate charge for it.
Two steps are yours: the Aadhaar OTP and the video KYC, both with the Certifying Authority. The eKYC is paperless when your Aadhaar is linked to your PAN and to your mobile number. In the video KYC on the Aadhaar method you show no documents, and on the PAN method you show your original PAN card. We assist you through both.
Once the KYC clears, the Certifying Authority issues your certificate on the token. We then deliver it to you, or you collect it from our office.
If your Aadhaar is not linked to your phone
If the OTP never reaches you because your Aadhaar is not linked to the number you use, you can still get a certificate. Tell us you would like the PAN method and we apply it that way. The Certifying Authority then checks your PAN with the Income Tax database instead of sending an Aadhaar OTP, and checks your mobile number with the telecom company or your bank.
- Tell us you want the PAN method, and send a scanned copy of your PAN card, a passport-size photo and a government address proof, on WhatsApp, by email or at our office.
- We fill and submit the application to the Certifying Authority on the PAN method.
- The Certifying Authority verifies your PAN with the Income Tax database and your mobile number with the telecom company or your bank. The name and date of birth on your PAN have to match your details, and the mobile number has to be registered in your name.
- You do the video KYC on their page, holding your original PAN card and address proof up to the camera so the Certifying Authority can read them. We assist you at every step.
- The Certifying Authority issues the certificate and emails the download instructions. We deliver it, or you collect it from our Udaipur office.
