Digital Signature Certificate refunds
A full refund is available until the certificate is issued. Once the certificate has been issued by the Certifying Authority, the order becomes non-refundable.
If the issuing Certifying Authority refuses an application, we refund the full amount.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Prices
Prices listed on this site are final. No GST or other tax is added at checkout or shown on the invoice. Application support is included in every price and is not sold separately.
USB e-token
A lost, damaged or PIN-locked token requires revocation of the certificate and reissue, which is charged as a new order.
Customer obligations
The customer is bound by the issuing Certifying Authority’s Certification Practice Statement.

Governing law and disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of India. We aim to resolve disputes within thirty working days.
