What you will need to do after paying
  1. Mobile and email OTPs. The Certifying Authority sends OTPs to your mobile number and email address, and you confirm both.
  2. Aadhaar OTP and video KYC. The Aadhaar OTP goes to the mobile linked to your Aadhaar, then you do the video KYC with the Certifying Authority. On the Aadhaar method you show no documents. On the PAN method you hold up your original PAN card.
  3. eKYC OTP. A final OTP on your phone confirms and approves the application.

What do you need from me to start?
Your passport details, a proof of your current overseas address, a recent photo, and an active email and mobile number. The Certifying Authority may ask for the address proof to be notarised or apostilled.
How is it verified?
A document check by the Certifying Authority, and a video KYC with them, which you can take from abroad. We file the application for you and assist you through the KYC.
How much does it cost?
We quote for each case. Send us the company and the state, and we will send the price before you pay anything.
Which filings does it work on?
DIN and MCA filings, and any other portal that accepts a Class 3 certificate, as long as the name and the signatory on the certificate match the portal.
How is it delivered?
By courier across India, and within 1 to 2 hours in Udaipur once the certificate is issued. The same day or the next day in nearby towns.
