Scope
These terms apply to all orders for Digital Signature Certificates and related add-ons placed through this website.
Prices
Prices listed on this site are final. No GST or other tax is added at checkout or shown on the invoice. Application support is included in every price and is not sold separately.
Certifying Authority relationship
We sell Digital Signature Certificates issued by Certifying Authorities licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities.
Certificate issuance
We fill and submit your application to the issuing Certifying Authority. You confirm your mobile and email with OTPs, then do the Aadhaar OTP and video KYC with the Certifying Authority, with our help at every step, and a final eKYC OTP on your phone approves the application. The certificate is issued once that clears.

Token loss or damage
A lost, damaged or PIN-locked token requires revocation of the certificate and reissue, which is charged as a new order.
Certification Practice Statement
Each Certifying Authority publishes its Certification Practice Statement on its website.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We aim to resolve disputes within thirty working days.
