Class 3 signing
Individuals, directors, CAs
Tax and company filings, EPFO, tenders and GeM, trademark and reissue.

Applying for a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) in Udaipur raises the same two questions every time: what documents do I need, and how is my identity verified. The answers depend on your entity type and the certificate class. This post walks through both, and points to our documents page for the full checklist rather than repeating it here.
The Certifying Authority verifies your identity through one of the routes set by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA). The CCA classes page lists three: Aadhaar eKYC biometric, paper-based application with physical verification, and eKYC OTP combined with video KYC.
In practice, most applicants use the paperless route. You send us the documents, we file the application, and you confirm your mobile and email with OTPs, then do the Aadhaar OTP and video KYC from your phone or computer, and a final eKYC OTP on your phone approves the application. You do not need to travel to Udaipur or to a CA office. We guide you through each step on phone or WhatsApp.
An individual certificate is issued in your own name. You apply as a proprietor, a director, a partner or a professional, and the certificate maps to your PAN.
An organisation certificate is issued in the company, firm or LLP’s name. It needs the organisation’s documents plus an authorised signatory who applies on its behalf. The GST portal accepts PAN based Class II and III certificates, and the DSC is registered against the authorised signatory’s PAN.
The price is the same for both. The organisation certificate adds documents, not cost.
The name on your PAN must match the name in the portal profile and the certificate. This matters most for DGFT and GST.
For DGFT, the rules are specific. For proprietorships, the certificate’s Serial Number field must match the SHA-256 hash of the PAN in the IEC profile. For other entities, the organisation name in the certificate must match the PAN name.
For GST, the DSC is registered against the authorised signatory’s PAN on the portal. Any discrepancy in spelling, abbreviations or order of names will cause a mismatch.
This site has no upload and no file field, so nothing is collected here. Send the documents to us on WhatsApp, by email, or bring them to our Udaipur office, and we file the application for you. The mobile and email OTPs, the Aadhaar OTP, the video KYC and the eKYC OTP are done by you with the Certifying Authority, with our help at every step. On the order itself we hold only your name as on PAN, email, mobile and delivery address. See our documents page for the checklist by entity type and our privacy policy for what we store.
Once you order, we send you the partner code for your chosen Certifying Authority. We fill and submit the application for you, and you confirm your mobile and email with OTPs, then complete the Aadhaar OTP and video KYC with the Certifying Authority, and a final eKYC OTP on your phone approves the application. We track progress in the CA’s partner portal and help if anything gets stuck. Application support is included in the price. Contact us to start.
