# USB e-token

A new certificate is downloaded to a USB e-token, so you add one when you order a certificate. If your token was bought on or after 21 September 2026, you do not need to buy another.

We are a Registration Authority (RA) for VSign, Capricorn, eMudhra, Sify, nCODE and PantaSign. They are CCA-licensed Certifying Authorities, and they issue the certificates. We are not a Certifying Authority.

## Price

USB e-token: ₹550, added to a certificate. It is not sold on its own.

USB e-token add-on: ₹550, needed for any new certificate or renewal unless your token was bought on or after 21 September 2026. Application support is included in every price.

## Process

1. Choose a certificate and pay on the site.
2. We contact you, and you send the documents on WhatsApp (+91 99299 40143), by email (Sales@digitalsignatureprovider.com), or to our Udaipur office. There is no upload on the site.
3. We fill and submit the application to the Certifying Authority for you. Application support is included in every price.
4. You confirm your mobile and email with OTPs, then do the Aadhaar OTP and video KYC with the Certifying Authority, and a final eKYC OTP on your phone approves the application, with our help at every step.
5. The Certifying Authority issues the certificate on the token. We deliver it or you collect it.

## Delivery

- Within 1 to 2 hours in Udaipur once the certificate is issued.
- Same day or next day in nearby towns outside Udaipur.
- Within 72 hours by Speed Post across India.
- Delivery charge: ₹150 flat on every delivered order, Udaipur included. Free pickup from the Hiran Magri office in Udaipur.
