# Organisation Class 3 DSC (signing with company name)

A company, LLP or firm that signs on its own behalf needs a Class 3 signing DSC in the organisation's name. The certificate shows the entity's name with the signatory as the authorised person. We help you get a paperless DSC through Aadhaar eKYC and video verification; the certificate is issued by a licensed Certifying Authority. 1 to 2 hours in Udaipur once the certificate is issued; same or next day in nearby towns; within 72 hours by Speed Post across India. ## Documents required

- Applicant photo, captured in the CA's video KYC
- Applicant PAN
- Authorisation letter (plus board resolution if the signatory is not a director)
- Authorised person's ID proof
- GST certificate (if GST-registered); otherwise business registration/incorporation certificate, entity PAN, and last 3 months' bank statement

## Process

1. **Send us your documents.** Send them on WhatsApp, by email or at our Udaipur office, and we fill the application
2. **Complete payment.** Pay for the DSC and any add-ons
3. **We submit, you do the KYC.** We file the application with the Certifying Authority. You then confirm your mobile and email with OTPs, do the Aadhaar OTP and video KYC with them, and a final eKYC OTP on your phone approves the application. We assist you at every step.
4. **Receive token and register.** Get the USB token by courier (or use your own FIPS 140-3 token) and register the DSC on each portal you use

## Frequently asked questions

**What is the difference between individual and organisation DSC?**

An individual DSC is in the signatory's name. An organisation DSC is in the entity's name and shows the signatory as the authorised person.

**When do I need an organisation DSC instead of an individual DSC?**

When the filing must be made in the name of the company, LLP or firm. The certificate then carries the entity's name with the signatory on it.

**What documents are needed for an organisation DSC?**

PAN, Aadhaar linked to the mobile, a photo for the CA's video KYC, and the organisation's proof with authorisation. Send it all to us and we put it into the application.

**Can I use the same organisation DSC on multiple portals?**

Yes. Register separately on each portal.
