# DSC for MCA and ROC filing

Directors and partners of companies and LLPs need a Class 3 signing DSC to sign MCA21 forms. The DSC must be linked on MCA V3 with the correct role. We help you get a paperless DSC through Aadhaar eKYC and video verification; the certificate is issued by a licensed Certifying Authority. 1 to 2 hours in Udaipur once the certificate is issued; same or next day in nearby towns; within 72 hours by Speed Post across India. ## Documents required

- Applicant photo, captured in the CA's video KYC
- Applicant PAN
- Authorisation letter (plus board resolution if the signatory is not a director)
- Authorised person's ID proof
- GST certificate (if GST-registered); otherwise incorporation/registration certificate, entity PAN, and last 3 months' bank statement

## Process

1. **Send us your documents.** Send them on WhatsApp, by email or at our Udaipur office, and we fill the application
2. **Complete payment.** Pay for the DSC and any add-ons
3. **We submit, you do the KYC.** We file the application with the Certifying Authority. You then confirm your mobile and email with OTPs, do the Aadhaar OTP and video KYC with them, and a final eKYC OTP on your phone approves the application. We assist you at every step.
4. **Receive token and link.** Get the USB token by courier (or use your own FIPS 140-3 token) and link the DSC on MCA V3
