# DSC for foreign nationals

Foreign nationals appointed as directors of Indian companies can obtain a Class 3 DSC from an Indian Certifying Authority after document checks and video KYC. A passport and overseas address proof are required, which may need notarisation or apostille as requested by the CA. There is no listed price, because it depends on your documents: send us the company and the state and we will quote. Processing is done from Udaipur with phone and email support. Courier delivery across India. We supply DSCs from VSign, Capricorn, eMudhra, Sify, nCODE and PantaSign.

## Documents required

- Passport, submitted on the CA's own application

## Process

1. **Send us your documents.** Send them on WhatsApp, by email or at our Udaipur office, and we fill the application
2. **Complete payment.** Pay for the DSC and any add-ons
3. **We submit, you do the KYC.** We file the application with the Certifying Authority. You do the video KYC with them, and we assist you at every step.
4. **Receive token and register.** Get the USB token by courier (or use your own FIPS 140-3 token) and register it on the relevant portal
